Terms of use

1. Who provides the service

The Radari service is provided by BitCryptics (“we”). For any question about these terms, write to us: andrewgouma@gmail.com.

2. What Radari is

Radari watches the public data of your business and your competitors on social media and Google Maps, analyses it with the help of artificial intelligence and sends you briefs, alerts and recommendations by email and in your dashboard, and on WhatsApp once this channel is live.

Radari does not post on your behalf and does not touch your accounts. Recommendations are suggestions: your decisions, and what you publish, remain your responsibility.

3. The free demo

• The demo is free and needs no card.
• The demo report link is valid for 14 days. We delete the demo business and its report after 30 days, and the request data (email, number and link) 30 days after the demo link expires.
• To prevent abuse, we accept up to 3 demos a day from the same IP address and one demo per business or phone number within 30 days.
• The demo is based on a limited data collection and may be partial if a source is unavailable at that moment.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and use Radari for a business activity.
• As your business, only add a business you own or are entitled to represent.
• The information you give us must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and your report links safe. Don't share them with people who shouldn't see them.

5. Plans, prices and payments

• Plans and prices are those shown on the pricing page at the time of payment. The exact amount and the currency you pay are shown on the POK payment page before you confirm.
• You pay with POK, by card or with the POK app. We never see or store your card details.
• Subscriptions are prepaid, for a month or a year. There are no automatic charges: 7 days before the period ends we send you a link to renew.
• Every payment gets an invoice with your business name and, if you give it to us, your NIPT.

6. Renewal and pause

• If you don't renew by the end of the period, you get 3 more days during which the briefs continue.
• After those days the subscription is paused: the briefs stop and the dashboard becomes read-only.
• We keep the data of a paused subscription for 90 days. During that time you reactivate it with a payment; after 90 days we delete the business and its data, and your account if it belongs to no other business.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the dashboard, under Billing. The service continues until the end of the paid period and you are not asked for any further payment. 90 days after the cancellation we delete the business and its data, as for a paused subscription. Apart from the guarantee below, we don't refund the unused part of a period.

8. The 14-day guarantee

If Radari doesn't help you, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund the full amount of that payment, no questions asked. The money goes back through POK, to the same payment method. The guarantee applies once per business and only to the first payment.

9. Acceptable use

When you use Radari, you may not:

• use it for unlawful purposes, to harass or threaten anyone, or to contact the authors of reviews and comments without their consent;
• scrape data from Radari, resell the reports or use the service to build a competing product;
• get around plan limits, security protections or abuse limits;
• send us content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

10. Public data and other platforms

Radari reads publicly available information only. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Maps and other platforms may change or restrict access at any time, so the coverage of a source can change. When a source is unavailable, the brief uses the last good data and says so clearly.

We are not affiliated with Meta, Google, TikTok or POK. Their names and brands belong to their respective owners.

11. AI-written content

Briefs and reply drafts are written with the help of AI, from the collected data only, and the numbers are checked automatically. Mistakes are still possible. Read the drafts before you publish them: what you publish is your responsibility.

Radari does not give legal, financial or tax advice.

12. Ownership

The software, design and the Radari brand are ours. You may use the reports you receive freely for your business, including sharing them with your staff. The data you give us remains yours.

13. Availability

We work to keep Radari running at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or because of third-party services such as our email provider, POK, WhatsApp (once this channel is live) or the platforms we read from. When a brief cannot be delivered on WhatsApp, we try to send it by email.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by Albanian law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or business decisions made on the basis of the briefs. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the damage.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or any right that the law does not allow to be limited.

15. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notifying you where possible. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

16. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a significant way, we notify you at least 14 days in advance, by email (and on WhatsApp, once you use it). If you don't agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. We try to settle disagreements amicably; if we can't, they are settled by the competent courts in Tirana.
